The process of selection for StrategicTalent group involves three steps:

  • Step 1: Submit your resume or long form bio to
  • Step 2: Our team will review your submission, and if it meets our criteria of excellence we will contact you to complete a short questionnaire specifically designed to determine the fit with our clients and network. We will ask you to provide the names of professional and personal references. We will not contact them at this point.
  • Step 3: An interview will be scheduled either on the telephone or by video. We will be able to get to know you better and you will have the opportunity to ask us questions.
